Tyree Upshur, founder of The Reclaim Movement. I created Reclaim Leadership because I believe leadership development should address more than performance, titles, and promotions.
Throughout my career, I have led teams, developed professionals, navigated difficult conversations, and experienced the everyday realities of leadership in complex organizations. Those experiences taught me that strong leadership is built through confidence, character, self-awareness, communication, and trust.
My coaching is practical, personalized, and faith-informed. I work with current leaders, aspiring leaders, and entrepreneurs who want to become more effective at work and in life, whether they are preparing for greater responsibility, navigating a difficult season, or seeking a clearer approach to leadership.
